New for 2026–2027
Families can register for all YMCA-managed Club Y programs through EZChildTrack. Every family must create a new account, including returning YMCA families. Select Open Account/ New Parents to begin. Key Biscayne families register directly with KBCEF.
Registration guidance on class cards shows the program name to look for in the parent portal. Click Register under that exact name, such as 2026/27 - Basketball for YMCA Basketball.

Your Club Y flight plan
Registration is open for all Club Y offerings. Review your location's options and register through the parent portal. Key Biscayne families continue directly to KBCEF.
Registration is a request, not acceptance. Children are not accepted until the club reaches its required minimum enrollment.
Watch for an acceptance email and next steps from the organization managing registration. Your family may be contacted if an intake is required.
Before your club begins
Complete both steps before your child's first club meeting: arrange required student accident insurance and review the family handbook.
Every child participating in Club Y at an M-DCPS location must have student accident insurance, including YMCA-managed clubs and Key Biscayne partnership programs. Visit HSR K12 Student Insurance, select Florida, Miami Dade County Public Schools, and coverage year 2026–2027.
Athletics coverage is not required for Club Y. Families who need broader coverage may select an available 24-hour or athletics plan instead of the at-school option.
